Bag the Bruck 2016

This year we have started out Bag the Bruck litter picking with a trip to Scapa beach to do our annual big clean up. P5, P6 and P7 all went to Scapa and spead out from one end to the other and worked their way back to the middle filling bags as they went.

We collected 42 bags altogether and a lot of larger pieces of plastic and rope which was too big to go in bags.

Well done us!

  14. Yesterday we all had really good fun picking up all the litter. when I found out we picked up 42 bags of litter plus extra big bits that where to big to go in the bags I was amazed I couldn't believe how much we had picked up!The tide was a bit of a trouble because it kept moving in quit quickly. It was really far out and in twenty or so minutes it was catching up whit us so we had to keep on moving but that was also a good thing because it meant we got a lot of beach covered.I hope we do some more bag the bruk soon and remember to always pick up three pieces.
