It was amazing how people must have used brushes to move figures onto the map, the map was ginormous! It was very, very complicated and it was amazing to see Orkney in those days. I hope we see it again and get to pretend we are the leaders who are planning attack. Jenna
It was cool how we got to look at the map because it was top secret and to see there defences and where they were. the map was massive we had to pull lots of tables together just to fit it on.It was amazing that there was one made just for the school. I hope we see it again soon because it was cool. Abi
Doing the world war two topic is really fun. I think its cool that Scapa Flow was special to the UK. I would love to do more about Orkney in world war two and why they used Orkney instead of another area. Leah
It was amazing to see how many defences they used in scapa flow. I am glad the built the barriers because if they didn’t more u-boats could of gotten in.
It was really fun learning about world war two it was also really interesting learning about the TOP SECRET map. We saw how they stopped invaders from getting into Scapa Flow. Anna
It is a little bit funny that every single person that was showed this managed to keep it secret. It was fun trying to figure out where on the map everything was.
