At Muddisdale MMM’s
group were at the campfire making dough twists. It was fun but I think
Daisy’s was the best. Tyler’s didn’t go that well because his was covered in
smoke. Nature agents made clay and stick woodland creatures, web game, bark
rubbing and map of Muddisdale. Muddisdale All Stars did bark rubbing, kims
game, clay and stick woodland creature and campfire song. It was a perfect day. by Aiden from MMM’s and Scott from Muddisdale All Stars.
At Mudisdale it was very very fun when we did the clay model some were very funny like Jake's model. By Bruce.
ReplyDeleteHi class 5 I had great fun yesterday i liked doing the web game because you had to climb through a hole without touching the web it was such a laugh. We had to put Bruce through the highest hole and when we got Jake through we just dropped him on the ground but he didn't seem to mind. Some times we had to lift people up and guide them through the web. Jennifer

ReplyDeleteHi class 5 yesterday at Muddisdale was really fun. My group first did a campfire song. Then we did Kim's game it was really fun and if you dont know what Kim's game is its when you have 10 items then you all turn around and someone takes something away and you have to guess what was taken.Next we hade our snack and when we where done our snacks our group jouned up with the nature agents. We all made woodland creaturs with clay.The last task we did was adentify tree bark I didnt like this one so much as the others but it was still fun. Finally we tidied up and made shurewe made no trace wr where there.

ReplyDeleteAt Muddisdale we had lots of fun. We made a map of Muddisdale it looked excellent. Then we did the web game it was quite hard we put Jake through the highest and then dropped him it was funny. Then we made clay and stick woodland creatures mine was called Grandpa Joe. Then we did tree identification it was fun.

ReplyDeleteHi class it was awesome at Muddisdale my group mission marvellous Muddisdale was doing dough twists and start a fire. First we digged up some turf and put it close so when we were done we can leave no trace next we put in some stones and the fire pit and stapled it with rocks around the side.We left the fire to get hot enough to cook the dough. We took about a handful and rapped it around your stick and held it just above the fire we made some stands so we could have our snack after our snack we cooked it for about 40 minutes and finally they were ready you had to twist them of the stick and rip them open to see if they were raw inside my one wasn't so I got to eat mine and it was good after we had to leave no trace so we put out the fire and put the turf back on. ReplyDeleteI had so much fun yesterday making dough twists. First we lighted the fire with a firesteel but it did not work very well so we tried maches and then it worked after we had tryed a few times. Then we got some dough and put it on a big huge stick so we cook them on the fire. When we started to cook them on the fire but there was to much pepole so we split into groups. It took a long time for them to cook on the fire and some pepole needed help from Mrs Mackay. When they were all cooked we tried them and they were really yummy. I had so much fun at muddisdale and I wonder what we will do next time.

Then we did the web game it is when you have to make a web and try to get through with out touching the web. After all that we had snack. Then we made clay models it was great fun! By Declan
ReplyDeleteHi class 5. yesterday was so much fun. In my group (mission marvelous or M.M.M for short) had a chance to do the campfire. We started by putting rocks in a whole in the ground .Then we put in a metal bowl and jammed it in with some more rocks. Then while some people where making piles of twigs and kindling me and Caitlin started practicing lighting a fire then when the people where done making piles we all did some practicing. Then I lite the fire.We then put in some twigs but they weren't going on fire so we had to use some matches to get it going. After that we all got a stick and used jell on our hands to make them clean. We then got some dough and twisted it around one of the ends of the stick.when the fire got started three people cooked theirs a little then another four cooked them a little.It took us a while but we eventually maneged to cook them mine was done first so I got to try it first. It tasted a bit like a sausage roll without the sausage. It was really good but it was to much

It was really interesting because we each tried a little bit of each others and they all tasted a bit different but i think Caitlin's was the best. it Was really good fun but it had to end so we tidied up and left no trace.i hope we go again soon.Daisy
Hi class 5 it was a shame I wasn't felling very well yesterday so I couldn't go to Muddisdale. But it seemed like you had a lot of fun anyway. Hopefully next week I will get to do the dough twists. Lauren
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed going up to Muddisdale our first activey was draw a map of Muddisdale. we split up in to two groups of three and one group of two I was in a group of three it was me Bruce and Cameron the two our groups were Jake Declan and Angus and the last group was Jennifer and Sofia. Our next activey was make a web game it was hard to get everyone threw it but we sucsses fully did it but some of us did touch the web. After that we had our snacks and then we did bark rubbing after that we made our stick creatures out of clay some of them looked fantastic so we took pictures of all of them.

On Teuseday we went to Muddisdale and the nuture agents did make a map of muddisdale first I did a map with Ryan and Bruce.Then we did the web game we helped each other throgh and. We had to go throgh a diffrent one Then we had our snack after our snack. We maked a stick creatures. I had grass for his hair and a twigs for his feet and a twig for his arms. Then we got paper and a crayon and did bark rubbing I did it with Bruce. then we went back to base and then we went back to school.Cameron
ReplyDeleteOn Tuesday we went to Muddisdale and packed up to go. Our group was called Muddisdale All Stars our first activity was campfire song. All of our group had a turn of being leader. Then our group did Kim's game it is a memory game someone would take something away when someone would turn round and say what was gone. Our third activity clay and stick woodland creatures. ReplyDeleteyesterday the nature agents were doing all sorts of things.To start with we made a map of muddisdale me and Jennifer were in a group and we did a map and we included the golf course and the sign that tells you things about muddisdale. Jake's little group got dog print on it and the dog was called Alfie. Mrs Thomson was our leader and she was really nice to us and she planned a very good time to have break. Before break we did the web game and almost all of us got to be lifted it was funny because when Jake was being lifted once he got throw everyone really just dropped him. when I got lifted throw I felt quite uneasy like nervous but I knew I could trust them. After break we joined groups with the muddisdale all stars to make our clay and stick woodland creature. I made a snail and so did Jennifer. Erin.r made a fly/bug thing she wasn't quite sure what it was. Our last activity was bark and tree identification and me and jennifer did lots of trees and one time when we were getting to this tree Jennifer knelt down and got a lump of mud on her finger also when we were going back we were both holding the tracing paper and I went alittle faster than Jennifer and the tracing paper ripped. It was a very fun trip. Sofia !

ReplyDeleteHi p1/2 Im glad you enjoyed the video you might of seen mine. mine was the small one that was a little fat and has an acorn for a nose and butter cups for eyes and has some hair on its head and sticks for arms and stone for feet.
